| Anthony Aguilar graduated from Delano High School in 1987 and decided to pursue a career in construction management. He applied at California State University Fresno, was accepted and later received a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from the school of engineering. After graduating from CSUF, he worked for Mauldin-Dorfmeier Construction as a construction estimator and project engineer. He later worked for Harris Construction as a senior estimator. He then moved on to work as Chief Estimator at Lewis Nelson and Sons, Inc. for many years. His long-term goal was to eventually start his own construction and development company. He became a licensed general contractor and waited for an opportunity to find a partner and start this company. He thought about calling an old friend he met at Summer Bridge at the CSUF campus in 1987 by the name of Terance Frazier. Both thought it was a good idea to add the construction company to TFS Ivestments and along with Steve Hosey became partners. The name of the construction company is Endeavor Construction, Inc. Endeavor Construction, Inc. is a fully licensed and bonded general contracting company, providing design/build, project management, pre-construction and construction services. The mission of the company is to provide excellent customer service that exceeds our client's expectations through value engineering, effective project coordination, and our commitment to quality construction.
