Billy had the opportunity to learn under 50 years of combined real estate experience. Since the age of 16 he has developed himself under the #1 foreclosure company in the central valley. As a partner of TFS Investments, he is the main bidder at the foreclosure auctions. His duties include:

- Property Management
- Construction Management
- Pre-Foreclosure Assistance
- Consulting in Real Estate Transactions
- Real Estate Development
He attended Fresno City College (2002-2003) and received his Associate of Arts Degree. Then continued his education at East Carolina University (2004-2005) where he majored in business finance. While attending school, he played all four years of baseball. He then went on to play for the San Diego Padres organization. He coaches 16 and under summer teams and is currently on the baseball coaching staff at Edison High School. Billy is an active member at Liberty Baptist Church where he is the treasurer and head of the singles ministry.
